Plot summary from IMDb. "While visiting the Earth at Night, a group of alien botanists is discovered and disturbed by an approaching human task force. Because of the more than hasty take-off, one of the visitors is left behind. The little alien finds himself all alone on a very strange planet. Fortunately, the extra-terrestrial soon finds a friend and emotional companion in 10-year-old Elliot, a lonely boy whose parents have separated. While E.T. slowly gets acquainted with Elliot's older brother Michael, his sister Gertie and the customs of Earth, members of the task force work day and night to track down the whereabouts of Earth's first visitor from outer space. The wish to go home again is strong in E.T., and after being able to communicate with Elliot and the others, E.T. starts building an improvised device to send a message home for his people to come and pick him up. But before long, E.T. gets seriously sick, and because of his special connection to Elliot, the young boy suffers, too. The situation gets critical when the task force finally intervenes. By then, all help may already be too late, and there's no alien spaceship in sight. - Written by Julian Reischl.

Each performer vying to out-perform the last, for a toss of a coin in the hat.
The buskers will rotate around Port Credit throughout the weekend to different performance spots - also known as pitches. Expect to experience side-splitting comedy, eye-popping acrobatics and mind-bending daredevil stunts!
See the Buskers. This year's lineup features performers from Africa, Australia, Canada, Israel, Mexico, The Netherlands, UK and USA.

This FUN class encourages you to express yourself with dance moves, tamborines and scarves while you are safely sitting in a chair.
Sit and Dance is a combination of breathing, stretching, exercising and dancing to music while seated in a chair. Each song is music to a dance which may be a German, Italian, Filipino, Hawaiian or New Zealand folk dance, or the Waltz, Twist and Polka. You do only what you can and the dance need not be strenuous.
The class improves body co-ordination and a sense of rhythm, which is very important for seniors who need to move and synchronize their mind and body. It is also a great aerobic exercise, improving circulation, breathing and flexibility. This class is not just for people with physical issues, but is good for everybody!
This is a drop-in program and costs $3.25 per visit.

Since the beginning of time, we have tenaciously searched for the secrets of health and vitality. This age-old quest has necessitated journeys to far-flung places and put many at risk who submitted to questionable treatments. But this is not the whole story, and we should not assume that the study of health was eclipsed by ignorance and superstition. Many ancient cultures made innovative and enlightened steps that have been the basis of our understanding of what true wellness means today.
