You are cordially invited to attend a theatre performance and panel discussion by mental health professionals to learn more about mental illness.

FREE entry for everyone. Delicious refreshments will be served.

"I Am Still Me" is a skit which creates awareness around mental illness through powerful and engaging enactments of stories about recovery from mental illness and the journey of self-empowerment.

This skit provides a unique platform for learning about the signs and symptoms, stigma associated with mental health conditions, treatment and recovery from Schizophrenia as well as Bipolar Disorder.

The phenomenal performance by the artistic team of "I Am Still Me" stimulates the minds of the audience. The panel discussion following the skit will engage the audience and increase their understanding about the struggles and challenges faced in the process of recovery.

Your attendance and participation will be a valuable contribution to the Mental Health Cause. As MEHAR is a self-funded initiative, donations will be appreciated.
