Travel Information

Tickets must be purchased in advance at the Travel Office, Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Guests are welcome and must be 50 years of age or older.

Please advise if you have dietary concerns and we will try and accommodate you.

All bus trips include gratuities and all taxes.

Ticket holders should be at the Centre at least 20 minutes before the schedule departure time, the bus will wait 5 minutes only for late comers.

We will not be responsible for any changes to our original itinerary or delays due to uncontrollable or difficult weather.

A minimum of 40 passengers is required for all trips.

Enjoy a fresh fish lunch at Erie Beach Hotel at the picturesque small town of Port Dover. Afterwards, join us at the Port Dover Lighthouse Festival Theatre for a hilarious western "Outlaw", written by and starring Norm Foster.

Description from Lighthouse Festival Theatre:

Outlaw by Norm Foster, Directed by Chris McHarge. "Canadian farmer Bob Hicks needed to make a few extra dollars, so he headed south to Kansas to drive cattle. Just as he’s about to head home with a pocket full of money, he’s captured and sentenced to hang for murdering the brother of the richest man in town. Will he be able to convince his captors to release him, or will he be the latest man to meet his maker courtesy of the town’s infamous hangin’ rock? (Some adult humour.)"

The coach bus will first stop at St. Jacob's Market in order for you to browse till approximately noon.

Then it's off to Queen's Bush Café & Bistro in Mount Forest for a delicious lunch. There is a choice of Moroccan Crepes or Quiche served with baby green salad and freshly baked breads with pistou.

Time permitting, we will visit one or two other places in Mount Forest before moving on to Kenilworth Country Kitchen and Bakery for some coffee/tea and butter tarts.
We will end our trip at a visit to Arthur and River's Edge Goat Dairy.

There are only 47 seats available.
Ticket price - Members: $60.00. Guests: $65.00.
Trip ticket price includes tips and gratuity.

Travel by coach bus and enjoy a catered lunch at Norwood Town Hall and then wonderful entertainment by the Donegal Fiddlers Orchestra - Click on the violin on their site to hear them play. Consisting of approximately 25 musicians who get together for the enjoyment of playing music, this orchestra has toured New Brunswick, PEI and Quebec and played to standing ovations. A truly unique group composed of 16 fiddlers, tin flute, accordion, mandolin, bass fiddle, guitar, acoustics, keyboards, percussion and vocals. Time permitting, a coffee stop on the way to Norwood.
